“Meditation is a practice by which there is constant observation of the mind. It is not only a practice, but it is a state of being where the little ego melts, and the differentiating mind vanishes. All barriers, sense of duality, differences, separateness and distinctions disappear." ~ Swami Vishnudevananda Join us at the Cottonwood Public Library at 12 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month, beginning November 5, for "Meditation Mondays," a thirty minute meditation for peace followed by an open discussion about yoga and meditation.
