When citizens fail to pay their court fines and restitution, they will be put in Fines and Restitution Enforcement (F.A.R.E.). Further fees are imposed, driver's licenses are likely to be suspended, holds could be placed on automobile registrations, and state income tax refunds and lottery winnings are intercepted.
