Kiss pleads guilty to five felonies

In April, Kiss pleaded innocent to 18 counts of child molestation and three counts of sexual abuse against the children. All of the incidents reportedly happened between December 1996 and March 2000.

Kiss appeared in court and, in front of the judge, admitted to fondling each of the children.

Under the plea agreement, Kiss pleads guilty to only five felony counts of dangerous crimes against children and attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

The terms of the agreement state that Kiss will receive a 10-year prison sentence and lifetime probation after release. Terms of the probation will require Kiss to undergo treatment. He will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life and he will not be allowed contact with children under the age of 18.

A Dec. 27 sentencing date has been set for Kiss at 1:30 p.m.
