Camp Verde Library Endowment success

Editor:

Another Denim and Lace dinner and auction benefit has come and gone — but will never be forgotten.

Our fourth annual event took place at the Cliff Castle Lodge due to the generosity of the Yavapai Apache Nation.

We dreamed four years ago to have an Endowment Fund for the Camp Verde Library and a safe place for donations that would be tax deductible.

Due to the generosity of many businesses and friends and the Nation that in four years we now have $$$$$ in the CVLE foundation.

The dinner was wonderful and auction was lively. Introduction was by Phil England, CVLE President. John O’Neill from the Casino was master of ceremonies. Auctioneer Dr. D.G. "Speed" Campbell was up to form. Music was by Bobby Cottonwood Jazz Trio.

Again the Camp Verde Library Endowment is extremely happy and grateful for the success of our 2004 Denim and Lace dinner and auction. Looking forward to seeing you next year.
