Pura Vida: 'Life is Good'

PURA Vida Gallery, in Jerome, offers the art experience to its customers, with all of its pieces hand crafted in the USA.

Gamble and Burris are very customer service oriented and enjoy the interaction they have with their customers. They serve complimentary wine every Saturday afternoon, and encourage their guests to relax on their wrap around porch that overlooks the “Y” on 89A in Jerome, also known as the Flat Iron District. “We really want people to absorb the energy of our place and our town,” Gamble says.

Their recent Grand Opening featuring artist Joanna Pregon solidifies their commitment, as all in attendance were not only met by a champagne greeter, but a violinist on the patio, chocolate hors d'oeuvres and an open bar were also provided.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Joanna. Her work is very warm and sensual, drawing you in,” Burris says. “And we are very pleased to be able to share it with others”, he adds.

Pura Vida will continue spotlighting local artists, hosting a trunk show in October that features Vivianne Poe of Jerome, whose work includes hand knitted scarves and jewelry.

The Pura Vida Gallery is located at 507-B Main St. in Jerome and is open Sunday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

You can contact Danny Burris or Michael Gamble at 634-0937 or puravidagallery@msn.com and all consideration for photos/artwork representation is via appointment only.
