STUDENTS from the Dance Center will showcase their talent at the event April 9.

Representatives from local organizations such as Head Start, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Summer Youth Programs, Art Institute Glitter, Red Rock State Park, The Discovery Connection, County Health Services, and ACTION Partnership will be on-hand to give parents information.

There will also be fingerprint identification cards free of charge with volunteers from Buena Vista and the Cottonwood Police Department on-hand to fingerprint your child.

There will be representatives from the health care community including Red Rock Pediatrics, Woodford Orthodontics, and Arizona Early Intervention Program.

There will be performances by students of Light Vibe, The Dance Center, Tae Kwon Do Unlimited, Kehau Chrisman and her hula students, the CES Jammin’ Jumpers, and Michael Steele with his yo-yo students will do a demonstration.

Have you ever wondered if your child’s car seat is installed properly or the correct size for your child? The Cottonwood Fire Department will be on hand for drive-up car seat inspections.

A silent auction with donations from resorts and local business will also be held. The proceeds from this auction provide scholarship grants for professional growth for early childhood educators and home child care providers.
