Celebrate 100 years with Addie Mae Brumley

There will be 100th birthday celebration and Open House for Addie Mae (Henry) Brumely on March 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Camp Verde, corner of Fifth and Hollamon.

Mrs. Brumley was born March 11, 1906, in Colgate, Okla. (Indian territory), and came to Arizona in 1923 because of her father's bad health. Addie Mae was a Flagstaff resident from 1938 and into the '60s, and moved to Camp Verde in 1970.

She was married to Fred M. Brumley, and together they owned and operated the Nash dealership and garage on Beaver Street at Santa Fe. They had three daughters, Betty Joan, LaVerne and Winifred.

The family welcomes all to come by the open house and share birthday wishes. No gifts, please.
