Saturday H1N1 vaccination clinics will be held

Yavapai County Community Health Services will be holding H1N1 vaccination clinics this Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010.

The clinics will be held in Prescott Valley at Bradshaw High School's East Campus at 6411 North Robert Road and in Cottonwood at the County Complex, 10 South 6th Street Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The clinics are open to anyone who wants to be vaccinated against the H1N1 flu.

It is also a great opportunity to bring in children ages 9 and under, who still need their second H1N1 "booster" vaccination.

Please bring your child's H1N1 vaccination card if they have one.

Remember that children aged 10 and older only need one H1N1 vaccination.

Required consent and insurance forms may be downloaded from www.yavapaihealth.com and completed prior to the clinics.

Those who arrive at the clinics with their forms completed will be expedited for vaccination.

You can find up-to-date flu clinic schedules at www.yavapaihealth.com or call (928) 442-5613 in Prescott or (928) 639-8139 in Cottonwood.
