This year Arizona Game & Fish reports there were 59 nesting sites statewide 50 breeding pairs and of the 75 plus eggs laid 62 have hatched. The desert nesting bald eagle is currently enjoying endangered species a court ordered pending review by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
