Sisterhood will be at the Phoenix East/Mesa Hilton in Mesa. Gayle Meltzer of Prescott will preside at the convention whose theme is “P.E.O. – Amazing Possibilities.” <br /><br /><!-- 1upcrlf2 -->Carol McDougald of Sedona has served as convention chairman; Jean Anne Morrow of Prescott as co-chairman; Sue Lidbeck of Cottonwood as secretary and Joan Renner of Prescott as treasurer.<br /><br /><!-- 1upcrlf2 -->The P.E.O. Sisterhood, founded Jan. 21, 1869, at Iowa Wesleyan College, Mount Pleasant, Iowa, is a philanthropic and educational organization interested in bringing to women increased opportunities for higher education through scholarships, grants, awards, loans and stewardship of Cottey College.
