The view from above

Rising about six hundred feet from the surrounding area, KSEZ or as more commonly know Sedona Airport sits on top of airport mesa and this shot from directly overhead gives you a pretty good idea of the terrain immediately around the airport. Oak Creek is visible in the upper left had corner of the photograph. The road coming up the side of the hill is seen on the right side of the mesa in lower left side of photograph. Joe wanted a photograph from directly overhead so Kathy and I took turns getting some shots from about 10,000; not sure what she got, but I do like this one. It was fun as I pulled up into a wingover and alternately gave Kathy and myself straight down shots as we went knife edge.

Today was a very good day with some law and lots of composite design work. I think that tomorrow evening Q will make another appearance and as Halloween draws nearer he will assume ever more menacing disguises. Corky had a fun day too and got a lot of book listening in. Steak and eggs for dinner with sliced tomatoes and avocado; a few pieces of chocolate (vitamin Ch) for desert. Not too bad.

have a wonderful day
