Verde water adjudication moving on behind scenes
Dave Roberts, manager of Salt River Project’s Water Resource Management division says the utility, along with other entities, has petitioned the state adjudication court to create a procedure allowing negotiated water rights settlements to move forward without having to wait for the 37-year-old statewide adjudication case.
