Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 7 p.m. will be a free showing at Mingus Union High School Auditorium of 9/11 Remembered: A Day of Infamy. This is a moving documentary that has no other purpose but to tell the story of Sept. 11, 2001 from the perspective of those who were there and those who sacrificed.

The film is nonreligious and nonpolitical. It is to honor those that were there and became involuntary heroes, both with badges and without.

The filmmaker Larry Cappetto and an EMT named Bonnie, a first responder on 9/11, will be in attendance to introduce the film and answer questions.

The film retells what happened on 9/11/01 through interviews and clips.
