She is survived by her brother, Raymond Prince of Bedminster, NJ and her husband Robert Morris of Bonnie Lake, WA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in Arizona, Washington, Texas and, New Jersey.

At the age of 20, she married Kenneth Katner and they were together for 6 years. She worked at the Brown Derby as a cashier in California and was also an inspector in the electronics field (walkie-talkie business).

She married Robert Morris in 1959 and she had lived in Louisiana, California, New Jersey, Washington, and Arizona.

She lived in Washington state for many years before moving to Arizona helping to raise her nieces and nephews. She loved children, and enjoyed volunteering her time to work with special needs children in her younger years and spent many years affectionately caring for her mother-in-law.

She was a kind-hearted person that loved to take care of others in their time of need. She liked to make everyone feel welcomed and loved when you were around her. She was a southern lady in the truest sense and hospitality was her strong point and will long be remembered for her kindness and generosity to others.

She was affectionately referred to by friends and family alike as “Aunt Lee.” She had a gentle caregiver’s spirit. She was no stranger to hard work, and had a strong sense of what was fair and just and lived as a shining example of her faith.

She was a person of strong moral character. Although our hearts are sad for our loss, her family rejoices that she has received her reward and is sitting at the table with her Lord in heaven.
