Healthy Spicy Weekend to You!

As we head into yet another wonderful, Sedona-style weekend, I'd love to share with you what are the most beneficial and healthy spices for us (you never know, but - just in case - you cook something really, really, but really yummy...): Curry powder beats'em all, together with rosemary, oregano, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and cumin.

Now, personally, I am not that much into cinnamon and rosemary, but our tastes vary and I might only hope you are! For me, these two are a case of an acquired love: I do eat them because they are healthy. and, in case of rosemary, i must say that i also start liking it: but ONLY when prepared by my Much better Half (yes, I am lucky; he is cooking and I am the dishwasher of the family, yey!). have a fit-fit weekend and have fun creating new recipes including the above spices.
