Mary Fisher to speak at Verde Valley School<br /><br /><!-- 1upcrlf2 -->April 22<br /><br /><!-- 1upcrlf2 -->Verde Valley School announces American political activist, artist and author Mary Fisher as the latest speaker in the Millennium Development Goals Speaker Series. Fisher will talk to students in Brady Hall on the VVS campus on April 22 at 7 p.m. The event is free and the public is invited.<br /><br /><!-- 1upcrlf2 -->The work of the Verde Valley School’s MDG Malawi Project meshes well with Fisher’s AIDS education crusade, which started with her surprising and compassionate speech at the 1992 Republican National Convention.
