• Childbirth education, $25 for five classes, Thursdays from 7 to 9 p.m. Teen childbirth classes, $15 for three classes, Tuesdays, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Both sponsored by Verde Valley Medical Center, 928-639-6437.

• Four County Conference on Developmental Disabilities provides disability services and advocacy assistance, call 928-778-3391.

• The Arizona Office of Problem Gambling offers a toll-free Arizona helpline at 1-800-639-8783.

• Infant massage classes for parents and babies, and certification training led by Olga Morris at Verde Valley Medical Center. Call 928-634-7470.

• Mentally Ill Kids in Distress (M.I.K.I.D.) provides support services for parents and family members of children or adolescents with behavioral health problems. Call 1-800-356-4543 for information.
