... my head hit the keyboard again early this morning I had opened this photo to send out. I took it on a late afternoon walk looping down the ninth fairway and then around the lake, back up one and to our home on the 2nd tee box. A lot of widgeons, a couple of cormorants and a pair of mergansers are populating the lake at present. Just before I took this shot a very young Coopers hawk landed in front of me and began getting some food from the earth, a few ravens were cruising through and a rainbow was forming to the left of me and by the time I was on the other side of the lake it was an intense full color rainbow with the other end of it over the red rocks you can see in this photo. A delicious meal prepared by Marie Callender awaited me when I got home and the evening continued.

My first four shots of espresso are down and time to get a few more. Have a beautiful day, be well and give thanks for the ordinary beauty we are able to see each day. It is all perception, and we find that which we seek.

Cheers and lord be willing and the creek don't rise I'll be back Monday morning.
