Obituary: Fern Peacock

Fern Peacock, 90 of Cottonwood, passed away on April 2, 2014. She was born on February 28, 1924 in Streator, Illinois to John E. Cushman and Margaret M. Enders.

Fern was a homemaker and did office work. She belonged to the Women's Club of Kankakee, IL and held numerous offices including president. She enjoyed art and gardening. She loved her family and enjoyed watching the birds and butterflies.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years Robert A. Peacock; daughters Carol D. Peacock of Las Vegas and Debra J. Arroyo (Ramiro) of Denver, CO; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 10:00am at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood.
