The grand opening of The Little Organic Vegetarian Eatery (LOVE) in the Village of Oak Creek is set for Jan. 8.
The 100-percent organic cafe is in the Tequa Plaza at 7000 SR 179. The owners are Aldina Zullo and Tyler Ayers.
They are serving organic Peruvian shade grown coffee, vegan raw hot chocolate, mochas, hot raw vanilla chai, fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, amazing brown rice pasta with marinara that has been slowly simmered for two days, soups, appetizers, wraps, panini, breakfast and desserts.
They will be carrying only organic, non-GMO, non-irradiated foods. They only use pink Himalayan salt, ceramic knives to cut the produce, sugarcane fiber plates, birch wood disposable flatware and they have vegetarian and vegan choices.
The LOVE also has organic produce for sale and you can pre-order your box weekly if you so choose. They carry a 100-percent organic raw personal hygiene line called Integrity Organics, made with all organic, raw, cold pressed ingredients.
The plan is to be affordable so everyone has a place to go for organic food, products, art, festivals and most of all love.
The cafe will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week and have free delivery in VOC.
The plan to have music, art and food events this year. The first event is "The LOVE Fest 2014" on Feb. 7-9. They are inviting all local artists, crafters, artisans and musicians to come down to The LOVE (The Little Organic Vegetarian Eatery) to sign up for the event. It is a festival of life, artistry, music that makes our souls soar and of course exquisite organic food exhibits made with pure love.
