Letter: Someone you can count on

Editor:

It's probably uncommon that someone writes you a letter regarding your reporters. I want to complement Bill Helm. Not only is he the most prolific reporter that I've seen, but he is one of the most competent that I've encountered and there have been a number of them.

I've recently had the privilege of being interviewed by him and was highly impressed by his promptness, friendliness and ability to assemble a large amount of personal data that he compressed into an accurate, informative, and well written article. Waiting on pins and needles, the end result was unexpected in the manner that he presented it. I was pleased and proud!

I think his manner, competency and methodology evokes trust, which I believe is essential to a comprehensive, in-depth interview.

Thanks, Bill! And I love your regular Q&A articles!
