Yavapai home prices spike in November

Data through November 2014 released by Yavapai County Assessor Pamela J. Pearsall shows that single-family residential median home prices have increased significantly in the past year.

The median sale price of a single family home for November 2014 was $275,000 compared to $240,000 from November 2013, resulting in a jump of 14.6 percent, which may expose an uptick in year-end buying of higher value homes in the county.

Nearly 45 percent of homes sold from $228,000 to $1.14 million were all cash purchases, Pearsall said.
