Larson's Gym sees success on National stage

CAMP VERDE - Larson's Boxing & Fitness LLC that is located on Main Street in Camp Verde, traveled to Des Moines, Iowa for the 2015 Muay Thai Classic in the month of June with five fighters. The Muay Thai Classic is one of the largest in the United States with over 498 competitors.

Larson's Gym returned home from Iowa with four championship belts. Fighters Lauren Willis, Women's Super-Middleweight, Kainen Cummings, Junior Strawweight, Avery Hines, Junior Strawweight Division B, and Adam Hines, Junior Middleweight came home victorious. Larson's Gym also brought home the Junior Team Trophy for most junior points.

After such success in Iowa, the gym traveled to Orlando, FL for the 2015 IKF World Classic. 12 year-old Adam Hines defeated 13 year-old Travis LaPrairie, from Virginia Beach, which allowed him to bring the Junior Middleweight Championship belt back to Camp Verde. Larson's Gym left Orlando with one championship belt, three 2nd place medals and three overall wins in the IKF World Classic.
