SEDONA -- Don Bonnell, broker/owner of Realty Executives Northern Arizona has named Philip Tatum as the area manager for Sedona/Verde Valley.

Tatum has more than 20 years of experience as a Sedona/Verde Valley Realtor and most recently was the Designated Broker for Keller Williams Check Realty.

Tatum said, "Sedona/Verde Valley is truly a unique area in the world. It is an amazing place to live and play. I am privileged to live here and be able to work with the agents to find our clients the ideal property to match their real estate needs."

Bonnell added, "Tatum's goals are to double the number of agents in the market area in the next two years. He will also work with existing Executives in Sedona/Verde Valley to develop their business plans and infuse new lead generation technologies in their business models. We are very excited about the knowledge, experience and energy that Philip will bring to our organization."

Tatum formerly owned a large construction company in the area. He has also owned and managed his own real estate franchise and small business consulting companies. Tatum retired from Yavapai College, where he taught Business Management and the Arizona State required Real Estate pre-licensing course. He is a Certified Land Sales Specialist, a member, and past president of Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals and has been a multi-million dollar real estate sales agent for many years in Sedona/Verde Valley. Tatum is a Vietnam era veteran and he has two sons and sixgrandchildren.
