Coldwell Banker-Mabery Real Estate in Cottonwood celebrated its 44th anniversary as a real estate brokerage in February. Along with this celebration came word that the company was recognized as one of the top real estate companies among North American Coldwell Banker affiliates.
According to Dan Mabery, broker, there are 440 offices in the same size category as the Cottonwood office in North America.
"We have consistently been in the top 20 on a monthly basis and now this recognition is for the year of 2014", said Mabery. "To be ranked #14 in sales production out of 440 offices throughout North America is a real tribute to the commitment of our associates. This ranking is really a reflection of an office filled with full time and knowledgeable associates who work hard to service their clients AND a great way to celebrate our 44th."
"In 1971, we opened our business in the store room of the old Val Verde Appliance Store owned by Pete Minter and soon after bought and remodeled the building now housing the Butler-Leavitt Insurance office. In 1984, we franchised with Coldwell Banker, bought the old Sonic building and built the office we have occupied for the last 31 years," added Mabery. "There just isn't a better place to live than here and we are very fortunate to make the Verde Valley our home."
