The Cornville Historical Society will hold its 10th Annual Holiday Fundraiser Event at the Opera House at the Indian Creek Ranch, at 1385 South Loy Road in Cornville. The event will take place from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13.
The history presentation will be followed by the Society's popular raffle of holiday gift baskets that feature local wines, gift certificates, and themed items. Holiday treats and beverages will be served.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Cornville Historical Society projects and activities, including restoration of the Old Cornville Post Office and Store at Windmill Gardens on Cornville Road.
Cost is $10 per person, including ten gift basket raffle tickets to be issued at the door.
Raffle tickets will also be sold at the event. Seating will be limited; and tickets must be purchased in advance. To reserve a seat, send a check payable to the Cornville Historical Society to Cheryl Chamberlain, Secretary, P. O. Box 1337, Cornville, AZ 86325.
