Cottonwood, Clarkdale refinance 2006 water bonds; save money, finance new work

In addition to securing a much lower interest rate and saving about $5.2 million over the life of the loan, Cottonwood will use WIFA funds to also extend a water line on the east side of SR 260 for more than 5,000-feet south to provide service for a large area zoned commercial that is not now served by utilities.
