Prominent artists are the focus in May as Lanning Gallery opens "Sculpted Nature: The Art of Hans Schiebold & Robert Cherry." Both artists are travelling to Arizona for the exhibition's opening on 1st Friday, May 2, from 5-8 p.m.Fine artist Hans Schiebold paints landscapes with a medium rich in sculptural depth; Robert Cherry hand-turns elegant wood vessels. The joint exhibition highlights each of the artists' great skill and artistry while celebrating the complimentary qualities of their works. Hans Schiebold's vision and the singular technique used to create his sculptural landscape paintings of heightened realism have secured him a listing in the "Who's Who in American Art."
