Halau Hula Napuaokalei`ilima in Camp VerdeNov. 7Halau Hula Napuaokalei`ilima will present the 12th annual Ho`ike (hula exhibition show) presented by Kumu Hula Kehau on a Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Phillip England Center for the Performing Arts, located at 280 Camp Lincoln Road in Camp Verde. Doors open at 12:45 p.m. for the 1 p.m. show.At the show, take advantage of purchasing reasonably priced Hawai`i themed items for sale and as well as several special items in the silent auction - just in time for holiday gifts. Money raised will be used to support our educational activities such as making cultural presentations at schools and traveling to the Festival of the Pacific Arts. It will also support future performances at the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix and at the 2016 Arizona Aloha Festival to be held at the Tempe Beach Park, March 12-13, 2016.Halau Hula Napuaokalei`ilima, based in Cottonwood, is under the direction of Hula Master Kehau Chrisman.
