Mingus Union senior Phoebe Chilton will compete in the Division II singles state tournament starting on Friday at Phoenix Tennis Center. Chilton said she is more comfortable playing doubles but Mingus Union head coach girls coach Andrea Meyer said she is actually a better fit in singles and she expects her to do well.
