There was no shortage of students, parents and teachers who spoke at Camp Verde Unified School District’s Jan. 31 public forum. And nearly everyone who spoke was in favor of retaining the four-day school week. With a 3-to-2 vote Tuesday, the Camp Verde Unified School District’s governing board decided to retain the four-day school week at its elementary, middle and high schools – and to stick with the five-day school week at South Verde High School.
