The global fight over climate change spilled over into the Arizona Legislature Wednesday as a Senate panel voted to forbid cities from telling developers they cannot erect new buildings that use natural gas.
New figures released last week by the state Office of Economic Opportunity show that wages here are 5.4 percent higher now than they were a year earlier.
The state's jobless rate dropped a tenth of a point last month. And you can credit at least some of that to the fact that Arizonans apparently like to dress up for Halloween.
