Stella L. Prince
Former Verde Valley resident Stella Prince died Jan. 13 in Kingman.
Mrs. Prince was 91 years old.
She was born Nov. 5, 1909 in Cardwell, Mo.
Mrs. Prince had lived in Cottonwood, Camp Verde and Clarkdale before moving to Wickenburg in 1949. She relocated to Scottsdale then moved to Kingman in 1969 and finally to Meadview 11 years ago.
Mrs. Prince was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Meadview.
Her husband, Harold F. Prince, Sr. preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Harold F. Prince, Jr. of Meadview, five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service is scheduled Jan. 18 at 11 a.m. in the Cottonwood Cemetery.
Bonnie Kay Vineyard
Former Cottonwood resident Bonnie Vineyard died Jan. 15.
She was born June 24, 1944 in Farmington, N.M.
Mrs. Vineyard moved to Flagstaff in 1945 before relocating to Cottonwood where she attended school and graduated from Mingus Union High School in Jerome in 1962. She later attended college at Grand Canyon College in Phoenix.
Survivors include her son, Robert E. Vineyard Jr. of Phoenix; her mother, Zelma Price of Cottonwood; a sister, Judy Pirtle of California; a brother-in-law, Gordon; two nephews, Jeff Pirtle of California and Richard Price of Utah and a niece, Jennifer Pirtle of West Virginia.
Memorial services are scheduled at Verde Baptist Church, 102 Willard St. in Cottonwood at 2 p.m. Thursday. Memorial donations may be made to the Verde Baptist Church School Scholarship Fund, 102 S. Willard St., Cottonwood, 86326
