Simmons earns promotion with Wells Fargo
Lori Simmons is the new business development officer for Wells Fargo Business Banking in the Verde Valley.
Robert Hassler was named a premier banker for Wells Fargo in Cottonwood.
Mike Kinnison, community banking president for Wells Fargo in Central Arizona, announced the appointments.
Their offices will be in the Wells Fargo branch at 1201 Arizona 89A in Cottonwood.
"At Wells Fargo, our greatest strength is that of our team members," Kinnison said. "Lori and Robert have extensive experience in financial services in the Verde Valley, and they will put this experience to work for their business and premier banking customers."
Simmons, a nine-year financial services veteran, will work with business customers of Wells Fargo to ensure they have the best products, rates and service for their individual needs.
As a Wells Fargo premier banker, Hassler will work with customers who maintain a combined balance of at least $50,000 in deposits, investment and loans and have a Wells Fargo premium checking account. He will assist customers with planning and development of individualized solutions to meet their financial goals.
Prior to her new position, Simmons was a premier banker for Wells Fargo in Cottonwood. Her experience also includes work in commercial credit and business development. Hassler was a premier banking assistant serving the Cottonwood and Payson areas.
Simmons earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from Northern Arizona University. She is vice president of the Verde Valley Rotary and was awarded the Outstanding Customer Courtesy and Service Award by Rotary in 2000. She also serves on the campaign committee for Yavapai County United Way and is a member of the Principal's Parents' Advisory Board at Cottonwood Elementary School.
