Domestic dispute results in drug arrest

According to a police report, deputies responded to the Lindsley residence when a caller dialed 911 to request assistance during a domestic dispute. Deputies responding to the residence allegedly detected the odor of burned marijuana inside the apartment and allegedly observed Debra Lindsley in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies report that when they received permission to search the premises, officers located paraphernalia, methamphetamine, marijuana and firearms. Deputies allege that both of the Lindsleys are prohibited possessors of weapons.
Both Lindsleys face charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and charges of possession of weapons as prohibited possessors. Both were booked into the Yavapai County Detention Facility in Camp Verde.
