Rimrock man arrested after alleged domestic violence
Yavapai County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of Harold Louis Tharp, 48, of Rimrock, on Feb. 22 at his residence on Joanne Drive.
According to a police report, Tharp faces charges of alleged felony aggravated assault, alleged felony criminal damage and alleged felony assault per domestic violence.
According to the report, deputies responded to McGuireville Tavern in Lake Montezuma in reference to a domestic dispute.
Deputies report that contact was made with a 47-year-old Rimrock woman who allegedly suffered from facial injuries.
According to the report, the victim alleges that she and her husband, Tharp, had been at the McGuireville Tavern and had arrived at their home on Joanne Drive when an altercation ensued at approximately 9 p.m.
Deputies report that the victim alleges that she returned to the McGuireville Tavern after being assaulted and thrown out of the residence.
According to the report, deputies located Tharp at his residence and allege that he was intoxicated.
Deputies report that Tharp was arrested and transported to Yavapai County Detention Facility in Camp Verde.
