Two arrested in Camp Verde drug raid
Yavapai County Sheriff's Office (YCSO) reports that an early morning search warrant resulted in the arrest of two suspected drug dealers in Camp Verde.
According to a police report, members of the YCSO Special Crime Section, YCSO Swat Team and Camp Verde Marshal's Office executed a search warrant at a residence at 3354 Arizona Ave. at 3:25 a.m. on March 15.
Dale Boutte, 43, of Camp Verde and 32-year-old Ann Kush, 32, of Jerome, were arrested subsequent to the warrant's execution.
Deputies allege that two surveillance monitors and cameras were located on the property, which allowed the occupants of the residence to observe vehicles approaching from the roadway and anyone walking onto the property to the front door.
According to the report, Boutte faces charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kush faces charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies report that both suspects were transported to Yavapai County Detention Facility in Camp Verde.
According to deputies, the Town of Camp Verde Property Code Officials also responded to the address and condemned the property as Not Fit for Human Habitation.
