Frances M. Murray, 93, of Cottonwood died Aug. 5, 2007. She was born March 8, 1914, in Hillsboro, Texas, the daughter of Charles A. and Elizabeth (Finch) Mayfield.
A graduate of Waco High School, she served with U.S. Army Signal Corps. She later worked for Cocoa-Cola Bottling Company. She was married to the late Mabry Pruitt and the late Paul C. Murray.
She attended Mountain View United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Murray is survived by a daughter, Linda Robins (Ted) of Clarkdale; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
No public services are planned.
