Francis Raymond Regan, Jr 1957 - 2008

Francis Raymond Regan, Jr., of Lake Montezuma died July 3 after a brief battle with cancer.

Born Oct. 22, 1957, in Scranton, Pa., he was the son of Francis and Ann Regan of Tobyhanna, Pa. He was the husband of the former Therese (Teri) Molinari. They had recently celebrated 21 years of marriage.

Fran was a 1975 graduate of Pocono Central Catholic High School in Cresco, Pa., and was a 1979 graduate of Penn State University.

He was currently employed by Coconino County as a zoning officer and he had previously been the Zoning Officer in Coolbaugh Township, Pa. Fran had also worked at Camp Tegawitha in Tobyhanna. He had been a member of the Coolbaugh Township Volunteer Fire Co. for 20 years.

Along with his wife, Teri, and his parents, he is survived by a son, Michael Regan, and a daughter, Jessica Regan, of Lake Montezuma. He is also survived by his sisters Kathleen Winowich and her husband Phil, Mary Lou Van Note and her husband Steve, Patricia Gaines and her husband Jim and three nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, James John Regan.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6 at the Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood from 4-6 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 7, 10:30 a.m., at St. Frances Cabrini Church in Camp Verde.

Another Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church, Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania. Interment will be in St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow, Pennsylvania.
