Saturday General Population Vaccination Clinics Will Be Held
Yavapai County Community Health Services will be holding general population H1N1 mass vaccination clinics this Saturday, December 19th. The clinics will be held in Prescott Valley at Bradshaw High School's East Campus at 6411 North Robert Road and in Cottonwood at the County Complex, 10 South 6th Street this coming Saturday from 9am-1pm. There is no reason to arrive early to the clinic, as there is plenty of vaccine this week to vaccinate everyone at the clinic. Required consent and insurance forms may be downloaded from www.yavapaihealth.com and completed prior to the clinics.
The clinics are open to anyone who wants to be vaccinated against the H1N1 flu. It is also a great opportunity to bring in children ages 9 and under, who still need their second H1N1 "booster" vaccination. Please bring your child's H1N1 vaccination card if they have one. Remember that children aged 10 and older only need one H1N1 vaccination.
There will be no H1N1 mass vaccination clinics on Saturday, December 26th due to the holiday weekend. Saturday H1N1 mass vaccination clinics will resume on Saturday, January 2nd.
People are encouraged to check flu clinic schedules at www.yavapaihealth.com or call (928) 442-5613 in Prescott or (928) 639-8139 in Cottonwood before any clinic to confirm that the clinic will be held.
