Dumping Ground: Fossil Creek becomes haven for recreation's dark side

On Tuesday, Department of Environmental Quality Director Benjamin Grumbles (left) got a first-hand look at the problems along Fossil Creek during a tour with Heather Provencio (right) of Red Rock Ranger District. Grumbles made an official announcement during the tour that his agency had awarded the Forest Service a $220,000 grant that will pay for portable toilets to be placed along the creek for the next two years.
