Jane Richards 1914-2010

Jane Young Richards, 96, of Cottonwood, AZ died March 30, 2010. She was born March 2, 1914, in Champaign, Illinois, daughter of Frederick and Bess Deutschmann.

Her husband, Ralph Edward Richards, and sister Wilma Alice Holmberg preceded her in death.

Survived by son, David Richards of Phoenix, AZ and two daughters, Sallie Richardson of Salt Lake City, Utah and Carol Bernstein of Scottsdale, AZ; and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren in California, Utah, Arizona, Florida, Iowa and South Carolina.

She was a dedicated golfer until her early 90s; and continued to be a devoted bridge player until the time of her death.

The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to her amazing caregivers at the Gracious Granny's Assisted Living in Cottonwood and the Northern Arizona Hospice.

Burial will be in St. Petersburg, Florida next to her deceased husband.
