Outstanding Properties at Cottonwood Ranch
Homeowners were recognized at the Ranch Board's recent meeting for their outstanding properties. Selected by the Neighborhood Pride Committee, the first place award for summer, 2010 went to Larry & Barbara Hellman, 2315 W. Running Iron Lane. The Hellman's have lived at Cottonwood Ranch for three years. They received a plaque from the Board and a gift card donated by Home Depot as part of their Foundation's investment in communities. The Home Depot supports 501 (c)(3)non-profit organizations doing meaningful work in neighborhoods across North America. Receiving Honorable Mention for the summer quarter were Sandra Steele, 2185 W. Trail Blazer Drive, and Gail Pivnick, 1830 W. Trail Blazer Drive. They have resided at Cottonwood Ranch for 10 years and four years respectively. The Neighborhood Pride program was implemented by the Ranch Board of Directors in the fall of 2009 to recognize and reward homeowners who have maintained a high standard for their property. This includes outstanding landscaping (front & back yards), neatly trimmed shrubs, trees, & ground covering, excellent curb appeal and originality.
