It's almost time once again for the oldest home tour in Arizona. The 46th annual Home & Historic Building Tour in Jerome is set for May 21-22. As always, the tour committee has an exciting lineup of great historic homes and buildings. But this year a new home is included in the tour.

Six of the tour's stops will be located in the Verde Street section of town, and guests will be shuttled to each location. Even so, guests should be prepared for lots of steps, as Jerome is one of the most vertical towns in Arizona.

At each stop, docents will guide guests through the home while providing information about the structure and its history.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $6 for children under 12, and free for children under 2.

For information, or to volunteer, call the Jerome Chamber of Commerce at (928) 634-2900.
