Flower Communion Service at SUUF

Rev. Paul Langston-Daly, minister for the Sedona Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, will lead a special flower communion service at the fellowship’s Easter gathering at 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 24. The service will be held in the Great Room of the Sedona Creative Life Center, 333 Schnebly Hill Road. Eric Miller will be the special musical guest.

According to Rev. Langston-Daly, “We celebrate Easter this Sunday with a distinctly UU celebration. We invite people to come today with a flower or two from your garden or the local market. The flowers will be gathered to create a bouquet as diverse and beautiful as the congregation. At the end of the service, everyone will take a flower home. Join us for this celebration of spring and renewal of our spirits.”

SUUF serves Sedona and the Greater Verde Valley. Its mission statement reads: “Our Fellowship is a place to grow in mind and spirit. We promote a loving, just, and sustainable world through service, learning and action.”
