Letter: National Night Out a big success
The Camp Verde Marshals Office would like say thank you for all those businesses that donated to this year’s Annual National Night Out. Without their help the event could not have been the huge success it was. During the event we estimated attendance near 450 people.
The businesses and organizations that donated this year were: Johnny Rockets, Kiwanis, Home Depot, Fry’s Foods, Safeway, Alco, CVS, Days Inn, Bread of Life, Bashas, Walmart, United Rentals, Healthy Thymes, AZ COPS, and The Cornville Market.
I would also like to thank all the businesses and organizations that attended the event and put on displays. We received a lot of positive feedback from the community and have big plans for next year. In attendance were: Ace Hardware, KC’s Family Tae Kwon Do, UPS Store, Old World Guns, Yavapai County Attorney/Victim Witness, MATFORCE, CVMO, AZ Dept. of Liquor, US Marshal’s, AZ DPS, Yavapai County Sheriff, Silent Witness, Camp Verde Fire Department, Yavapai Apache Police, Jacob Teague Memorial Foundation, American Red Cross, Ares Racey, and USFS Law Enforcement.
Fun times were had by all and we appreciate the community’s involvement in this year’s event.
