Safe!!!

Today was a relatively quiet day; cataloging, editing and deleting photos from the respite break ... and of course trying to decide which ones to send out tonight. So I settled on one from Pt. Reyes at the Lighthouse and one from a garden near Sus home. The flowers in the one at Pt. Reyes are beautiful pink blooms cascading down a very steep rock face before coming to an abrupt halt before plunging thousands of feet to the ocean surface. No Disneyland here, everything is for real and catching the overall effect of the flowers works for me and I'll pass on getting the close ups of these blooms. The second shot I am going back to the inner world of flowers and this bloom is of an Iceland Poppy. I'm always amazed at the beautiful detail and function of all the component parts of a flower and think that it would be neat to have a microscopic level trip to the center of a bloom. The Iceland Poppy is beautiful and comes in many colors and this is my favorite ... at least for now.

Have a terrific day, for us it will be a bit laid back and restful.

Be well, be blessed and share the blessing.

Ted
