Solar project near completion on elementary school campus

Cottonwood-Oak Creek Director of Business Services David Snyder explained that the solar project on the three campuses is being paid for by APS. The APS Solar for School Program is designed to meet the needs of rural schools with a high percentage of students on the National Free and Reduced Lunch Program.
