New dessert bistro, Oh My Ganache!, opens this week in Hillside Sedona

Hillside Sedona will open Oh My Ganache! dessert bistro May 24.

Oh My Ganache! will be open Thursday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the summer months.

Hillside manager Karen Dilks said, "From sips to sweets, Oh My Ganache! is an extraordinary dessert bistro. We need an extraordinary pastry shop like this in Sedona! Amy Galbraith is a master pastry chef and her passion is to create desserts that not only capture the eye, but also the taste buds."

"There is nothing like taking a vision in my head and turning it into a life-like work of edible art," said Galbraith. "It pleases me to see the reaction on the faces of my customers hesitant to cut into a dessert that has been transformed into an artistic creation. But once they have, I hear over and over, "Oh My Gosh" as I laugh and say, "'s Oh My Ganache!"

This enchanting pastry shop, tucked in the courtyard of Sunrise Gardens at Hillside carries classical French and Italian pastries, such as éclairs, cream puffs, napoleons, Italian rum cream cake, tiramisu, cannoli, mille-feuille, a huge selection of cupcakes and cake pops, scones, turnovers, breakfast fruit tarts, filled croissants, assorted mousse desserts, individual Charlotte russe and other individual specialty cakes, chocolate dipped strawberries, delectable assortment of cookies, Baked Alaska, and other various frozen desserts such as bon bons, ice cream cakes, fresh fruit pops, cake and ice cream pops, ice cream puffs just to name a few, quiche and a small selection of breakfast pastries, and ... a lot of chocolate.
