Verde Village project will preserve 2-mile river corridor

A two-mile, 35-acre swath of river corridor belonging to the Verde Village Property Owners Association will be cleaned up and closed to vehicle traffic by the end of the year. The agreement between VVPOA and Verde Watershed Restoration Coalition will help preserve the land in a natural state for the next 10 years.
